別宮坐落於忠清南道泰安半島東北方盡頭，為面海的大型渡假韓屋園區，備有12間客房的韓屋瓦片屋頂錯落有致，令人聯想到宮殿或電視劇佈景。別宮的韓屋以椽木、柱子、檁木、梁、地板架出韓屋框架，再將黃土與稻草塗抹舖設於壁面、屋頂與內部地板，為依古法建成的傳統韓屋，躺在暖炕房中，讓人彷彿就此穿越至朝鮮時代。 別宮備有12間韓屋客房，雙人房8間、四人房3間、七人團體房1間。大部分為暖炕房，其中的寶瓶宮與天秤宮設有床鋪。金牛宮、天蠍宮與人馬宮採樓中樓格局，拾級而上便是臥房空間；天秤宮、天蠍宮、人馬宮、魔羯宮另設有戶外露台。雖是堅守傳統的韓屋，但房內設有洗手間與廚房，提昇了便利性。廚房備有電子鍋、冰箱、廚房用品，可烹調料理。 附屬設施同樣豐富，在園區內的慕談亭可喝茶談天，在海岸步道散步令人心曠神怡，正對著遼闊大海的戶外游泳池魅力十足，在戶外烤肉區同樣能欣賞浩瀚海景。園區前方是僅限房客使用的私人海灘，可使用園區內貼心準備的潮間帶體驗工具在退潮後出現的潮間帶上挖貝殼或海螺。 從別宮駕車3分鐘可達故既拿木海水浴場、駕車30分鐘則是沙灘遼闊的萬里浦海水浴場，並且臨近生魚片餐廳櫛比鱗次的萬垈港，以香草茶聞名的Farmkamille香草農園亦值得一訪。

慶尚北道奉化郡春陽面的權進士宅古韻猶存，是能體驗古宅的住宿設施。權進士宅取朝鮮時代學者省菴權喆淵的號，命名為「省菴古宅」，落成迄今已逾130年，原本位於對面村莊，1880年才遷移至現址。建造時使用春陽木（金剛松），主屋為56間房、別館3間房、門房9間房，規模龐大。 穿越權進士宅的高聳大門，走進院子，最先看到的是橫向延伸的舍廊房，左側有用於學習的小型書室，如今被稱為「新廂房」。權進士宅裡的客房總計4間，大廂房與小廂房最多可供五人住宿，新廂房為四人，中房則為兩人房。除了大廂房之外，所有客房皆為燒柴火供暖的暖炕房，因是古代建築，客房內未設浴室與洗手間，僅有新廂房在經翻修後，新建了洗手間。客房內禁止炊煮，早餐費另計，且需事先預約。 權進士宅鄰近遺址、古宅與五日市場等多處景點，可就近遊覽奉化西洞里東·西三層石塔（寶物）、晚山古宅（國家民俗文化財）、四未亭溪谷、覺華山、九馬溪谷等景點。春陽市場於每個月逢4、9的日子開市。

安樂窩是位於康津月光韓屋村內的寧謐韓屋住宿設施，屋主在工作40多年後，開始有了返鄉並建造一座擁有寬廣院子的屋子的念頭，最後終於揮別公寓生活，回到故鄉，建了這座以木頭為骨幹，帶有瓦片屋頂的韓屋。為了讓在城市裡過著忙碌生活的女兒與孫子、來到康津的遊客能舒心休息，而將名稱取為「安樂窩」。 ㄈ字形的韓屋裡設有兩間客房，一是利用扁柏建成的暖炕房，採用爐灶生火以烘暖地板；廊亭房設有通往外部樓閣與亭子的門。坐在庭院中的亭子裡，可將月出山山脊線與綠茶田的湛綠風光收入眼簾。到訪第一天提供茶與水果等簡單的點心，免費早餐使用自種的蔬菜製作而成，可從中品嚐南道風味。
